Customer Support Team provides a complete support for multiple countries for Corporate and Global Banking Customers. Team performs activities related to Account opening through Maintenance and Relationship Closing.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Providing high quality service related to account opening and maintenance process for large international companies (corporate and global business)
  • Working with Customers documentation and operational bank systems
  • Making sure that services delivered are high quality, on time and in line with all internal procedures and regulations
  • Maintaining professional relationships with Customers, Business Partners and other departments
  • Cooperating with team leader on process development and optimization


  • 2 years of experience in banking or other financial organization (preferably in Banking Operation or Corporate Customer Service)
  • Good knowledge of banking systems, banking products and understanding of the financial industry
  • Higher Education (preferably in the area of Finance, Economics or Law)
  • Motivated, engaged and detail oriented person with a strong customer driven approach
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Analytical skills and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work under time and stress pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and empathy skills
  • Proficient  English – written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent Czech
